Ali Zaidi, the President of the Sindh chapter of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as well as a former federal minister, said on Saturday that he will be leaving politics and the PTI after denouncing the tragedy that occurred on May 9.
In a video statement that was posted on this website, he explained, “After careful consideration, I have decided to leave politics, and I am resigning from all posts with the PTI.”
Ali Zaidi is quoted as saying that he has always served the country and entered politics in order to serve the country.
He stated, “I have already condemned the incident that took place on May 9 and condemn them again.”
He stated that we have a lot of pride in our Pakistan Army.
Ali Zaidi stated that whatever transpired was improper, and whoever was engaged in the occurrences should be held accountable. He also called for legal action to be taken.
He acknowledged that quitting politics was a difficult choice to make. He went on to say that he planned to make an effort to carry on serving the country.
