There is funding allotted in the state budget that is on its way to the Governor’s office for some municipal transportation endeavors.
According to Florida Politics, the most significant commitment is $479 million, which will be used to construct travel lanes to Interstate 75 from Ocala to Wildwood.
A link between the Archer Braid Trail and Celebration Pointe will cost $2.5 million; Northwest 49th Avenue in Marion County will receive $500,000; and Bascom Norris Drive in Columbia County will receive $1.2 million. These are just a few of the other projects that will receive funding.
